Industry Roundtable on Food Fermentation jointly hosted by Startupbootcamp Australia and FermenTasmania.
The Roundtable includes thought leaders from across the Food Industry, representing a diversity of experience from startups, SMEs, Research and Corporates, each bringing different perspectives.
Startupbootcamp will be sharing an overview of the global landscape of fermentation startups and sharing the trends they are seeing from the past 24 months of scouting. FermenTasmania will share some exciting updates on the Fermentation Hub planned for Legana, just outside Launceston.
The Roundtable presents an opportunity for us to work together to develop a comprehensive understanding of the landscape of opportunities that Fermentation offers in the future of our food system.
This Roundtable will be held online from 9:30am to 11:00am (AEDT) on Wednesday 23 November 2022.
