Get ready to lace up and boost your fitness with our Zone 2 running session! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, everyone is welcome to participate at their own pace.
The routine
Warm-Up:
5 mins dynamic stretching
Run:
We will run 1km at your own pace/easy pace with a buddy(aka Zone 2)(heart rate of ±110 - 150 beats per minute, so bring your smart watch or Whoop if you have one!)
Conditioning Exercises:
Core and stability exercises every 1 km run to enhance your running strength and reduce the risk of injuries down the line.
What to Expect
💪🏻Fitness Levels: Participants will split into groups based on fitness levels, focusing on running at a pace where the group is able to maintain a conversation.
👟Requirements: Bring your own running shoes, a heart rate monitor or smartwatch, and don't forget your phone.
