About Event

Faster and more dynamic flows than traditional vinyasa classes. This class will work your whole body from head to toe, through twists, backbends, inversions and folds. You will build up the stages required to learn peak poses such as bird of paradise, headstands and crow. Regardless of your yoga ability you will be guided along the way with modifications if required.
