About Event
Come learn the basics of weaving and make a traditional Sugpiaq woven cone! You will learn how to start a new weaving project, add new weavers, increase and decrease weaves, add in new colors, and how to finish off a project. And take home a beautiful piece of culture that you made with your own hands!
Materials are provided, no previous experience is needed. This workshop is recommended for 16+ years of age.
