All meeting dates are: July 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th and August 6th.
Registration for this event will close on Monday July 7th.
This offering is shared on a tiered based contribution scale.
No one will be turned away due to financial need.
This course will be recorded and recordings will be shared with all registered participants.
Offering Description
Do you struggle to stay informed without feeling overwhelmed? In an era of nonstop headlines and heightened emotions, rather than shutting down or becoming consumed by stress, we can cultivate the capacity to meet the news with resilience and presence.
Through guided meditations, Dharma reflections, somatic practices, and relational exercises, we will explore how to regulate our nervous system, cultivate discernment, and hold complexity with care.
