Meet Our Panelists:

Nicole Galli

Nicole D. Galli is the founder and Managing Member of ND Galli Law LLC, an intellectual property (“IP”) and corporate boutique law firm.  The firm provides the full range of business legal services, including handling routine corporate matters, business transactions, and IP protection, as well as litigation and dispute resolution to clients in a variety of industries, including life sciences, food and beverage, manufacturing and business and professional services. Nicole’s practice focuses on commercial and IP litigation, IP counseling and trade secrets.  ND Galli Law LLC is 100% women-owned and has been certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) since 2017.  Nicole has represented numerous companies and individuals in intellectual property and business disputes for almost thirty (30) years, with a heavy emphasis in patent, trade secrets, and other technical litigation in a variety of industries and scientific disciplines.

Raychelle Tasher

Raychelle Tasher is an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida where she represents the United States of America in bankruptcy litigation throughout the Southern District of Florida.  Prior to this role, Raychelle was a Restructuring Associate in the New York Office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Raychelle also served as a law clerk to Chief Bankruptcy Judge Kathy A. Surratt States for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.  Raychelle is a past President and Chair of the Board of Directors of Ms. JD, and began her interest in the organization as Ms. JD Fellow. Raychelle currently is active in the National Association of Women Lawyers, the American Bar Association, and National Bar Association.  

Elizabeth Tolon

Elizabeth (Liz) Tolon first joined Ropes & Gray as an associate in the litigation department in 2018. She returned to the firm in 2020 after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Garcia of the New York Court of Appeals. Liz maintains a diverse practice, with experience representing clients at all levels of state and federal courts. Liz has experience drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs, conducting investigations, assisting in discovery, and preparing for trial. Liz has represented clients in complex litigation, regulatory proceedings, government enforcement matters and internal investigations, and performed risk compliance and due diligence. Liz also maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in eviction proceedings, immigration court, and partnered with the Innocence Project to assist individuals with post-conviction relief whose convictions were based upon flawed DNA evidence.  Liz is the co-chair of the Black Women Lawyers Group and is a Litigation Circle Leader in the New York office for the Women’s Forum.
