​I will share the "secrets" of what my screen looks like when I am selecting applicants to interview. For example:

• ​Are you aware that your Headline is the most important decider in if a recruiter will pass on your profile?

• ​Some jobs are blasted out to attract 100s or even 1,000s of applicants, while some are hidden. Want to know how to find them?
