​Dr. Geoffrey Hinton, known as the 'godfather of deep learning', is a cognitive psychologist and computer scientist who has revolutionized the field of artificial intelligence. His pioneering work on artificial neural networks and deep learning algorithms has been instrumental in advancing machine learning and AI. Dr. Hinton was awarded the Turing Award in 2018 for his fundamental contributions to deep neural networks.
