Please join us for a peaceful Morning of Mindfulness, in the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.
We’ll gently practice sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful breathing, and heartfelt group sharing in a welcoming, supportive space.
Mindfulness helps us cultivate greater presence, clarity, and joy in everyday life.
Everyone is warmly welcome—no experience required, and there are no fees. Please bring a yoga mat or cushion to ensure your comfort.
