Join us as we explore how systemic barriers, stigmas, and the intersectionality of anti-Black racism and ableism silently force the community into a perpetual state of precarious contract work, underemployment, unemployment, and financial instability.  This event will bring together experts, employers, and people with lived experiences to discuss solutions that create sustainable employment opportunities.
