In the venture and tech ecosystem though, the typical narrative tends to minimize the different experiences of people who identify as Latine, Black or both.

Speakers

Blair Hirst (Moderator) is the Founder of Digital Health Review, a firm unearthing insights around consumer health to enable better access for all. Alicia Cepeda Maule is the CEO and co-founder of Givepact, a Web 3 technology company building a crypto fundraising platform for nonprofits. She has over 10 years of award-winning digital leadership, is driven to end the death penalty by 2040 and help humanitarian causes make a splash in Web 3.

​Amber Quiñones is a former fitness instructor and startup operator turned VC. In her current role as the Head of Platform & Operations at BBG Ventures, Amber is the connective tissue between founders, investors, and senior operators, working to source and grow women- and BIPOC-founded businesses while increasing fund value.
