Andy is an advisor, investor, and builder involved with various startups. He has spent 15 years focused on Growth and Product at Facebook, Twitter, Quora, and Wealthfront where he was head of Product and President.

At Wealthfront, he made key decisions about the product that have made it the category leader in fintech.
At Facebook, he worked on growth and user engagement tactics that took the company from 100 million to over 500 million users.
He did the same at Twitter to take it from 40 million to 140 million active users.
At Quora, he helped establish the growth team and helped get the product off the ground beginning with its first 10,000 users.

Andy is a mental health advocate and the creator of Clues.Life. He helps people heal from emotional and psychological pain, and create the life they want at Clues.Life. He is also a board Member at the Heroic Hearts Project, aiding veterans with PTSD to access effective alternative therapies.

Andy was also the founding consumer Partner at Unusual Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund. As an investor, he invested in companies such as Robinhood, Webflow, and Forward. He was also an advisor to Homebrew Ventures, Cowboy Ventures, Poshmark, Blue Bottle Coffee, and Opendoor.

In the process, he’s become the thought leader on how consumer startups can sustainably grow into large businesses.
