​Before founding Replit, he was a tech lead on the JavaScript infrastructure team at Facebook, where they built and/or maintained things like the Babeljs compiler, Jest, and the React Native packager. Before that he was #1 employee at Codecademy. Prior to that, he was briefly at Yahoo. And before that he worked in cybersecurity while going to college.
