Austin Hay is the co-founder of Clarify, a joyful, AI-native CRM that gives small teams leverage across their GTM motion. Previously, he served as Head of Marketing Technology at Ramp as well as Runway, mParticle and Branch. Austin is also a Partner and Program Creator at Reforge, where he developed and teaches the Marketing Technology program. With extensive experience leading growth and GTM tech teams at companies like mParticle and Branch Metrics, Austin has consulted for organizations including Notion, Airbnb, Robinhood and Postmates.
Sylvain Giuliani is the ex-Head of Growth & Operations at Census and currently building the growth function at Augment Code. With over a decade of experience in building go-to-market strategies for developer tools, Sylvain specializes in scaling tech startups from $1M ARR to $100M+ ARR. Prior to Census, he led data and operations teams at Pusher and has been an active mentor and member in various revenue and sales communities.
