Discuss legal matters related to venture-backed companies. From early-stage investment documents to shareholders agreement 👩⚖️
Location Details: SoftBank Offices at 200 S. Biscayne Blvd Floor 19 (Southeast Financial Building)
PARKING: Students are able to park in any spot that is not reserved. Once parked, take the elevators down to the lobby floor. You will see a bridgeway/walkway which will lead you to the lobby of the building. Once inside, there are two elevator banks, please use the ones that correspond to the 19th floor.
What makes these Workshops different from the Masterclasses?
Workshops are interactive settings. Students have the opportunity to engage with speakers, who are presenting themes and concepts or developing skills, all related to building foundations for successful tech startups. While Masterclasses are more lecture-oriented with minimal Q&A's, workshops will provide more of a hands-on learning approach, allowing interaction, presentation, and open discussion on a given topic. Topics range from strategic communications, leadership, building culture, to legal matters in the startup world 🌎
