Yan is a HCI & Accessibility Certified Multidisciplinary Human-Centered HX Designer, Design Leader, Speaker, Mentor, and Advisor with over 20 years of international industry experience. He spent the first half of his career agency side and then moved to the client-side. He worked with some of the world’s largest companies, and start-ups, some of which are multi-billion dollar unicorns these days.

Ritchie Permadi - Head of Design, SIRCLO
Ritchie is a currently leading a team of 25+ designers, researchers, and writers. He started as a graphic designer with focus on brand identity design & strategy and typography, but his interest in solving people's problems with technology drove him deeper into the field of UX. For the last 3 years, he has been crafting his management and leadership skills as head of design at SIRCLO, an e-commerce enabler in Indonesia.

Grace is a designer, community builder, artist, runner, speaker, and content creator. By day, she is a Designer at Electronic Arts. By night, she is the Founder & Design Lead of the Design Buddies community. Outside of design and community building, Grace creates content for social media and her blog to help students, designers, and community builders with a total following of 40K+. In the past, she designed and developed virtual reality games to train surgeons and to make education fun. She also studied bioengineering and computer science engineering in college before making her way into design.
