​​The purpose of backward design is to avoid cluttered content and focus on achieving learning goals.

​​Do you use it at your workplace? Together with Anna Liashenko, Instructional Designer from University4Industry, we will brainstorm on backward design for planning training at the workplace. Together with us, you will design a training relevant for you and take it with you.
