​💛 L&D Happy Space edition #7: Designing learning communities in the workplace – what's the impact?

​How might we engage teams to deepen and integrate their learning in a way that stirs change and business growth? In this session, we will brainstorm on the challenges of designing learning communities at work and discuss Lana's introduction to the Satir change model.

​Our, co-host, Lana Jelenjev is a community alchemist and learning design specialist with a solid background in training and education. She is the author of Community Builder: Designing Communities for Change and The 90 Day Action Planner, a Kickstarter-backed planner for creative entrepreneurs. Lana provides support in various areas related to ideation, curriculum design, community building, and personal development. Lana is an avid firestarter, having co-founded initiatives like Neurodiversity Education Academy, an online platform providing awareness, education, and support for teachers, parents, and students on the topic of Neurodiversity. She is also a co-founder of Shift Foundation, an organization for real-life learning and awareness-based collective action. Lana also launched Community Alchemy, an online learning and mastermind program focused on designing communities for change.

​​💛 L&D Happy Space is a monthly brainstorming event for learning and development professionals organized by Workademy.

​​Every month we select a challenge that L&D professionals experience in their daily work.

​​The main stage will belong to Olga and to a guest speaker. They will present the challenge and bootstrap the discussion in which everyone is welcome to participate. Who knows, maybe this particular challenge will be solved by the end of the session!
