​Learning analytics is one of the toughest topics of corporate learning. Usually, people tend to think that it is just about tracking what training the employees have achieved and when. However, it is way beyond that. How do we know that the training is successful? And how do we know it is engaging? Are the learning objectives aligned with the content and the tasks? Are the team members applying what they have learned? Are the numbers on our dashboards enough to tell us that?
