​💛 L&D Happy Space edition #11: Extracting content from internal SMEs – is that a challenge?

​While building internal programs for corporate training, learning & development professionals often have to deal with internal subject matter experts to get information from them and transform it into meaningful training materials. How easy is that, given that most of the time, L&Ds are unfamiliar with topics? Does this challenge resonate with you? Join us on our 11th edition of the 💛 L&D Happy Space, and let's brainstorm on common tricks to extract information from subject matter experts :)

​This event will be again a charity-collection event. You can pay as much as you want starting from 10 euros. All the collected funds will be transferred to the Golden Trident Association, where our friends collect money to buy ambulances to save lives in Ukraine. ❤️‍🩹

​​​💛 L&D Happy Space is a monthly brainstorming event for learning and development professionals organized by Workademy.

​​​Every month we select a challenge that L&D professionals experience in their daily work.

​​​The main stage will belong to Olga and a guest speaker. They will present the challenge and bootstrap the discussion in which everyone is welcome to participate. Who knows, maybe this particular challenge will be solved by the end of the session!
