​​💛 L&D Happy Space edition #10: Scenario-based learning: what's the impact on your business?

​Our work is a set of situations that leads us to our goals. In retrospect, we often ask ourselves: what would have happened if we had done differently? 

​While life is unpredictable, there are some situations where we can predict and even pre-design different development scenarios and be prepared for them. 

​​Moreover, we can learn and teach them and be successful in our jobs because we know what different scenarios can bring us.

​​If you figured we were talking about scenario-based learning by this moment, you got your bingo!

​​Our tenth edition of the 💛 L&D Happy Space will be about scenario-based learning and how it can improve the quality of training and impact business.

​​Beware 🖐 we designed this learning session to engage you to actually roll up your sleeves and try out scenario-based learning design firsthand. You can expect a lively discussion with our co-speaker, Zlata Gromova, paired with an interactive session where each of you can play around drawing different scenarios for training that is relevant to your job.

​​This event will again be a charity-collection event. You can pay as much as you want starting from 10 euros. We will donate all the collected money to the Golden Trident Association, raising funds to buy ambulances to send to Ukraine.

​What is 💛 L&D Happy Space?

​​​💛 L&D Happy Space is a monthly brainstorming event for learning and development professionals organized by Workademy.

​​​Every month we select a challenge that L&D professionals experience in their daily work.

​​​The main stage will belong to Olga and a guest speaker. They will present the challenge and bootstrap the discussion in which everyone is welcome to participate. Who knows, maybe this particular challenge will be solved by the end of the session!
