About Event

Get ready to welcome May with a meditation for self-love hosted by Shimmer Coach Tracy!

Whether you're a meditation newbie or a seasoned pro, this gathering is your perfect chance to sprinkle a little extra love on yourself with the guidance of an ADHD Coach!

What to expect:

  • We'll do a short 5 minute intro to help get everyone settled in and see how you feel coming into session

  • We'll kick it off with a brief overview on how meditation benefits you and tips on how to make this practice your own

  • Then, we'll journey into 15 minutes of silent meditation, designed to reconnect you with your body and spirit. Don't worry if your mind decides to take a little wander; Coach Tracy's gentle nudges will guide you back! (This is an ADHD-friendly meditation, no judgement here!)

  • We'll wrap up with 5 minutes to gently transition back to reality, refreshed and realigned.

There's no right way or wrong way to participate, all that matters is showing up for yourself in the way that feels best. 💛

Please note: This meditation practice will include a visualization component that asks you to connect with your body and think about things that you love about yourself. We want to be mindful that these directions can be triggering to some participants! You are always welcome to focus on other images while meditating and any prompts are always optional.
