About Event

If you own or help execute learning & development programs or performance management process for your company, this meetup is for you!

We know from talking to many of you in the L&D world that engaging your teams in trainings, programs, and elective development comes with its own unique set of goals and challenges, and we want to create a space to talk about them. Whether you are brand new to Gatheround or a seasoned pro, we welcome you to join the conversation.

We're thrilled to have Greer Procich, founder of the Performance Innovation Collective, joining us as our guest speaker for September's meetup. She'll share her unique approach to performance management and how she's built a community of other performance enthusiasts to learn from each other.

We'll weave in small group breakout conversation and group sharing into this meetup, too, so we can hear from everyone who attends.

This meetup is part of our Gatheround Resource Group program. This group of L&D pros gets together quarterly to support each other as peers in the industry.

What to expect:

We’ll host this event on Gatheround, so you can expect 60 min of interactive breakout conversations and knowledge sharing.

Please come prepared to be on camera and mic for parts of this event.

See you there!
