L&D Meetup, featuring Greer Procich

​We know from talking to many of you in the L&D world that engaging your teams in trainings, programs, and elective development comes with its own unique set of goals and challenges, and we want to create a space to talk about them. Whether you are brand new to Gatheround or a seasoned pro, we welcome you to join the conversation.

​Meet your speaker:

​Greer Procich, Founder of Performance Innovation Collective and Special Projects at Flint

​Greer Procich is a versatile leader with extensive experience in Learning & Development. Currently at Flint, a feedback platform dedicated to fostering continuous performance alignment between managers and their teams, she’s driven by the mission of "bringing the human back to HR." Greer focuses on creating systems and programs that empower individuals to excel.

Her background in hospitality leadership and development deeply influences her current work. Greer’s approach emphasizes the involvement of stakeholders in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of training programs, ensuring they are both holistic and scalable.

Outside of work, Greer enjoys walking her two rescue dogs, Mickey and Frank, with her husband, Mike, around Chicago. She’s passionate about building and nurturing her community, believing in creating spaces where everyone feels safe and welcome.
