​About the Speaker
Paige Strand is a communications leader with over twelve years of experience in storytelling, stakeholder engagement and transformation.

​She founded Strand + Strategy Communications in 2024 to prioritize community impact and storytelling with purpose-driven organizations.

​Specializing in change communication, Paige has completed her Prosci Change Management certification and more recently, University of Waterloo's Leadership program.

​ She has represented several clients across fintech, healthcare, life sciences and hospitality. She played a significant role in a multi-million dollar digital transformation rollout designed to elevate British Columbia's credit union system.

​Listed on Women We Admire's '2023 Top 50 Leaders in Vancouver' list and The Peak’s ‘Emerging Leaders of 2022’ list, she also sits on the City of New Westminster's Economic Development Advisory Committee and does beekeeping in her spare time.
