About Event

Buckle up, we're taking off... ELECTRICALLY! Join us in welcoming Archer's Chief Commercial Officer (Nikhil Goel) and Joby's Chief Product Officer (Eric Allison) for a discussion on the state of the eVTOL industry.

About Nikhil - An Executive leading the commercialization strategy for electric aircraft. As a co-founder of Uber Elevate, Nikhil played a pivotal role in establishing the vision for urban air mobility that has shaped the eVTOL industry. At Archer, he is responsible for spearheading the company's global commercialization efforts as well as capturing international demand. He has previous experience at McKinsey & Company, Google, Microsoft, and NASA.

About Eric - With a Ph.D. in AeroAstro from Stanford, Eric has held key positions at Joby, Uber Elevate, and Zee.Aero, where he led the development of the autonomous air taxi. At Joby, he has been instrumental in developing the company's air taxi service model, infrastructure, and software suite. His contributions have been pivotal in shaping the regulatory and infrastructure challenges facing the widespread adoption of air taxi services.

About the companies -

Joby Aviation (NYSE: JOBY) is a leading eVTOL manufacturer based in Santa Cruz, California, and has secured international contracts and partnerships to launch air taxi services internationally. Joby has also made significant strides in hydrogen-electric aircraft development, successfully flying a demonstrator. With over 1,500 test flights completed, FAA certification progress, and strategic partnerships with companies like Toyota, Joby is a forerunner in launching commercial passenger services as early as 2025. Joby was founded by JoeBen, a Stanford alum.

Archer Aviation (NYSE: ACHR) is an eVTOL aircraft manufacturer based in Santa Clara, California, focused on urban air mobility solutions. Founded in 2018 by Adam Goldstein and Brett Adcock, Archer has raised $2 billion in funding. The company has made significant strides in securing defense contracts, including a key partnership with the U.S. Department of Defense, and is actively pursuing international agreements in South and Southeast Asia and the Middle East to expand its global presence. With test flights underway, Archer is on track for FAA certification and subsequent international launches soon.
