She holds an MS in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins University, specializing in B2G leadership communication.

Liz founded Liby Works to enhance communication within small and medium-sized organizations. Liby Works provides tools, skill development, and coaching to optimize teams with effective communication strategies.
