​Our guest speaker will be Heather Wendt of Gain Grow Retain (https://gaingrowretain.com/), a leading community for customer success professionals, for a collaborative, solution-focused workshop on your community pain points.

Heather will share her experience as Gain Grow Retain’s community manager, and then we’ll workshop together. She’ll share templates and other helpful tools you can use in the session and beyond.
