Refunds are available for tickets purchased until 24 hours prior to the start of the event. If you find yourself unable to attend the event and wish to request a refund, please contact us before this deadline.

Refund requests made within the 24-hour window before the event will not be honored.

To request a refund, please provide your order details and reason for the refund request to our customer service team. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
