As the first employee and CEO of Beats by Dre, she helped turn an idea into a global cultural icon. Under her leadership, Beats became the #1 headphone brand in the world and the fastest-growing name in consumer electronics. She built Beats Audio into a platform used by millions through partnerships with HTC, Chrysler, VW, Hyundai, HP, and more, and led the deal team behind a $300M+ investment from HTC.
After Beats, she served as GM and EVP of Product Development, launching breakthrough products and leading engineering and product teams. Her earlier work at Harman International drove $40M in new growth by merging product innovation with youth culture.
Today, Susan is a Partner at Conduit, a hardware venture studio helping bold founders bring game-changing physical products to life. She also serves on multiple boards and acts as a business strategist for global brands and early-stage ventures alike.
She doesn’t just talk about building. She builds.
