#LAMedTechWeek 2024: Health Systems Innovation Workshop

​Based on some recent ecosystem conversations, we are kicking off a new Health Systems Innovation Series. There is a need for better connections between payors, providers, and technology companies. Given our diverse network in Los Angeles, this is a great place to start opening up these conversations.

​We are piloting this series with a curated workshop centered around Operational Mastery and Scalable Success: Navigating From Concept to Impact in RPM (Remote Patient Monitoring) Deployment.

​Objectives include:

• ​Education and Knowledge Sharing: Aim to provide the latest insights and developments in digital health, focusing on telehealth, RPM, and chronic disease management.

• ​Networking and Collaboration Opportunities: Facilitate interactions among providers, payers, and other stakeholders to foster collaborations and partnerships.

• ​Health Systems Innovation Series Discussion: Create an opportunity to brainstorm future events in the series.

​Discussion will focus on connecting the dots between shared language, driving census, and driving outcomes in a few key areas:

• ​Stakeholder engagement: Overcoming challenges and best practices for coordinating care with providers, payers, patients, caregivers, and clinician teams.

• ​Workflows that enable success: For census  we will address identification, enrollment, and adherence/engagement. For outcomes we will discuss care coordination and care management.

• ​Technology that underpins stakeholder engagement and workflows: Including data/interoperability, hardware, and platform.
