Everything You Thought You Knew About Rewards & Recognition Was Wrong...
It’s a tale as old as time.
Certain employees get rewarded and recognized and others… do not.
And nothing, I mean nothing, feels as bad as never being recognized for your great work or receiving an unfair shake in a performance review.
TBH: recognition and performance are like two peas in a pod.
They’re connected and can actually fuel one another.
Join this month’s HR Therapy as we debunk myths about recognition and performance and dive into how to build a strategy that marries the two.

David Murray, CEO of Confirm, is dedicated to transforming how Mid-market and Enterprise organizations assess their talent. His focus lies in addressing the inefficiencies and inaccuracies in traditional performance evaluations. Recognizing that CEOs prioritize accuracy over completeness, David aims to rectify the frequent misjudgments in pay, promotions, and performance improvement plans resulting from conventional performance reviews and biased 360-degree feedback systems. He collaborates with CEOs, CFOs, and CHROs to tackle challenging talent decisions, unearth low performers concealed by their managers, and seek more reliable methods to identify top and bottom performers.
Through his work, David delivers absolute clarity to his clients, identifying the top 15% of employees who drive half the value and the bottom 5% who create half the problems, often revealing names unknown to leadership.
