Hive Fundraising Community Call: Donor Advised Funds (DAFs)

​Join the Hive Fundraising Community Call, led by Liz Wheeler (Philanthropy Manager at Faunalytics), for an hour of relevant and helpful conversation. 

​We'll be joined by Benjamin Packard from Luyla Financial (https://www.lulafinancial.com/about) to talk about Donor Advised Funds! Benjamin is a financial advisor at Lula Financial. At age 9, he started buying stocks. At age 13, he earned how to legally avoid paying taxes on earnings from the stock. Fast forward, and now he’s a financial advisor. Benjamin has an MBA in finance from a “mediocre university”. He cares about improving the lives of the animals we eat. Peter Singer’s TED talk “The why and how of effective altruism” inspired Benjamin to donate 10% of his salary to charity.
