Drawing Club x Sydney Hunter — Flash Sheets
Join Sydney Hunter in the RecCreate Collective studio for an evening of drawing... flash sheets. We'll peer into Sydney's creative process before trying our hand at the art of tattoo drawing!
Throughout the guided, two hour session, you will have the chance to draw inspiration from reference material, still life setups and collective memory— experimenting with different drawing mediums and crafting your own collection of potential future ink! This is not a drawing class, but you can expect an introduction to the materials and a guided way of approaching them throughout the evening.
Please note: there will be no actual tattooing involved!
Drawers of all skill levels, professions and backgrounds are welcome here, and will find a breath of fresh air in the opportunity to experiment and play alongside other creative-minded folk.
If you’re anything like us and want to live a life filled to the brim with creativity— we have space for you at our long, communal (naturally, handmade in brooklyn:) art/craft table.
As with all RecCreate events, you can expect to go on this journey with a room full of lovely strangers. We’ll offer opportunities for connection and guided conversation throughout our time— encouraging the spirit of the collective. It is (so) much more fun to get to create together.
The tunes will be bumping, sips are often provided by our lovely sponsors. All materials included, but feel free to bring your own sketchbook!
Cancelation Policy
Unfortunately for this event tickets are non-refundable/exchange-able! Please double check your calendar. In the event you are no longer able to make it, you are welcome to give your ticket to a friend or swap it on our ticket swap board. Just tell them to use your name!

Though we do our best to keep all photography / video to a minimum, please note all guests who attend consent to being photographed and videoed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes at the discretion of RecCreate Collective.
Age Restriction & Dogs
All guests must be 18+ to attend and though we love your pups, unfortunately cannot have them in the studio!
