I will be attending the Finance Committee's joint executive budget hearing with the Committee on Education. You can meet me beforehand at Remi Flower & Coffee (130 William St, New York, NY) at 9:15am if you want, after which we'll walk over. Otherwise, proceed directly to City Hall.

You will get to City Hall from the west side (where the "City Hall" subway stop is), go through security, walk up through the main entrance, and then take the principal stairway up to the second floor to the main council chambers. If you get lost, ask the nice people in uniform (or really anyone) to point the way. You can also text/DM Daniel, but that's probably slower.
