​You have been selected for a group interview for the position of APPOINTMENT SETTER (aka Talent Recruiting Associate)

I am currently looking to add a full-time appointment setter to join my sales team who will qualify prospects for my BUSINESS OF DANCE online mentorship program through both DM, text and phone.

• ​You have SALES experience AND a background in DANCE

• ​You love connecting with people (parents & dancers of all ages); you are energized by building relationships, challenging people to be their best, and holding them accountable to what they say.

• ​You are a confident, well-spoken, strong communicator natural leader

• ​You are motivated by success and growth

• ​You are extroverted and energized by learning about people and their stories.

• ​You’re coachable, with the ability to adapt and evolve quickly to organizational changes

• ​Solution-oriented, detail-oriented, team player, organized, and great at measuring results, and meeting deadlines.

• ​We will provide all the training resources (script, KPI tracker, CRM etc)

• ​You will use IG, FB, Yuna Pro, GHL, Open Phone & Calendly (we will train you)

​HIRING ASAP

• ​Free Training: Approx 2 weeks

• ​Remote Position (work from phone)

• ​Must have reliable internet and computer

• ​Hours: Full Time (up to 8 hours per day x 6 days week)

• ​Preferred Working Hours (2pm - 10pm PST preferred Monday-Friday and Saturday (10am - 6pm PST) 

• ​Must attend occasional group meetings to report to the team

• ​The ideal candidate lives in PST, MST, CST or EST zone - preferably in Canada or the US

• ​Pay: Commission Only - Performance Based
  
  Here is a breakdown of the MONTHLY commission structure:
  
  DM AND Triage Setter (commission only)

• ​$300 per sale

• ​3 sales - $350 per sale - $1050

• ​5 sales - $400 per sale - $2000

• ​12 sales - $500 per sale - $6000

• ​20 sales - $650 per sale - $13,000

• ​50 sales - $750 per sale - $37,500

• ​DM Setter OR Triage Setting (commission only)

• ​$150 per sale

• ​3 sales - $175 per sale - $525

• ​5 sales - $200 per sale - $1000

• ​12 sales - $250 per sale - $3000

• ​20 sales - $325 per sale - $6500

• ​50 sales - $375 per sale - $18,750
