She’s led design efforts at NASA, Intuit, and Mural, working on everything from AI strategy to immersive virtual reality.
When she’s not shaping better services, she’s writing speculative fiction—her four-book sci-fi series explores themes of power, identity, and resistance. Erika lives in Maine and believes good design and good stories both start with empathy.
