A Recruiter and a Mindset Coach have paired up for a virtual workshop to help you get unstuck in your job search. They bring their expertise and their shared belief that your mindset is key to your job search success.
Who is this for:
If you're frustrated with your job search results or having trouble motivating to take steps, this workshop will help you reset and move forward. This workshop is relevant for all career levels.
Agenda:
Please arrive within the first 15 minutes of the workshop to be allowed entry. The first 15 minutes will include time to enter, set your camera on/off and an introductory exercise. We will start the core workshop on the hour.
Intro exercise: What does success look like?
Mindset: Alicia will guide us through a meditation and visualization to help set you up to successfully manifest your new job.
Action taking: Jovena will guide you through setting an action plan, mindfully. This will include setting "easy" tasks on a regular basis, starting today.
Growth mindset: We will close out with a simple exercise to visualize success when you're applying & interviewing for your new role.
You will leave the workshop feeling motivated and excited to take action today and continue taking action until you land your new job.
Alicia Sierra is a Mindset Coach and Mindfulness Practitioner. Alicia's expertise helps individuals identify and overcome limiting beliefs, cultivate resilience and shift to mindset conducive to achieving goals. Her toolset includes coaching, guided meditation, hypnosis, and neurolinguistics programming. Alicia has been in the wellness industry for her entire career and holds several certifications.
Jovena Natal is the founder of Clutch Talent, a tech recruitment agency. She has supported technical candidates in getting jobs at companies like Google, MongoDB, Bitly, The New York Times and Harry’s. She has been featured as an expert on PBS, Fox, Bloomberg, and Crain's.
