You have given almost all that you have to give, and then you arrive at the luxurious Sky Oro space. You are met with a warm energy, a personalized welcome, and an invitation to shed your day as settle into the comfortable living room where you are surrounded by women who get it. You are offered something delicious to eat, something soothing to drink, and your shoulders start to come down from up near your ears.

​As everyone in the room settles into their spaces and starts to introduce themselves, you get this overwhelming feeling of relief, of intrigue, and of excitement that you have finally found the community that you have been seeking. A community of growth oriented women who care deeply and believe in the power of women elevating women.

​Join us for this powerful evening designed to carve out space for women like you, who are enjoying the height of your career, to connect in meaningful ways with local women at a similar place in life. You have worked incredibly hard to get here, and you are not alone in your struggle to find the people and the places that you can be fully open and authentically yourself with.

​Our mission with these gatherings is to create a space that feels safe and inviting for women to elevate one another by showing up as their authentic selves and sharing their life experiences with vulnerable curiosity.

​This group experience is facilitated by Cindy Peterson is a collaborative and dynamic entrepreneur, consultant and leadership coach. With a deep knowledge of the human imagination’s great potential, Cindy has extensive experience partnering with leaders and teams to re-imagine and implement new ways of collaborating and working together to reach their organizational and personal goals.  Prior to founding her company, Leading With, Cindy spent 20 years in a variety of leadership roles at companies including Intel, Hitachi, and Macys Technology.  

​Cindy designs and facilitates leadership training programs at all levels of the organization, and works with teams and individuals on creating high-functioning teams and elevating their communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.  She is an ICF-certified coach with a specialty in organizational and team coaching.

​​Cindy is excited to bring her expertise and passion for supporting high achieving women to this space.
