​About the Speaker

​Ganesh Chella is the co-founder and Chief Solution Architect of CFI, a leading firm in coaching and leadership development in India, and the founder of Totus Consulting, a specialised HR and organisational development consultancy. From being in HR leadership roles across TVS Electronics, Citibank, and RPG, he transitioned to entrepreneurship in 2000. Ganesh is also an Independent Director at Saksoft Ltd and a Partner at SVP India.

​As a certified coach since 2001, he has coached more than 50 CEOs and business leaders and has been instrumental in training over 300 certified coaches through CFI, as well as supporting numerous internal coaches. Ganesh is Known for his strategic insight into leadership and organisational dynamics and has worked with clients across diverse industries, helping them navigate key transitions and realise their potential. He is a strong advocate for mentoring and is committed to fostering leadership excellence in India’s business landscape.
