We are a group of 30 brothers who gather once a month to empower each other to connect with our emotions and express our authenticity. Why?
The world isn't structured to encourage men to be open about their thoughts and feelings. While being solid, strong, and consistent is commendable, it's not enough. By joining us, you become part of the evolution to outgrow these limitations.
We need more men to open up. Why? Picture your inner world and body as a field of energy. If you carry a lot of negativity within you, you become drained, and those closest to you feel it too. It's like a cancer eating away at you, and deep down, you know it.
Now, imagine a shift in your life where you're deeply connected to yourself. Life flows from within, and you authentically connect with others because you're no longer burdened by emotional baggage from the past. Viljar Rystad: An entrepreneur, coach, and group facilitator with 8 years of hands-on experience in B2B innovation workshops and leadership training. Viljar is also deeply involved and certified in tools for personal transformation, breathwork, yoga, and meditation. His mission is to guide individuals to reach their highest potential and live authentically.
Eirik Skarholt: Founder of Brave Men in 2019, Eirik has 22 years of experience in optimizing human potential through dialogue, bodywork, healing, and mentorships. He specializes in neurology, body/brain coherence, and Eastern healing methods, having worked with Olympic Gold Medallists, founders, and executives on Thrivestyle and Peak Performance.
