​About Prof. Anil Seth
Prof. Seth is the Director of the Sussex Centre for Consciousness Science, Co-Director of the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR) Program on Brain, Mind, and Consciousness, and Lead Scientist of the Dreamachine Project. His best-selling book, Being You: A New Science of Consciousness, has reshaped global discussions on perception, self-awareness, and the future of AI.

​His work has been featured in TED Talks, BBC, The Guardian, The Economist, and Vice. In 2024, Prospect Magazine named him one of the Top 25 Global Thinkers, and he was awarded the Royal Society Michael Faraday Prize for making complex science accessible.

​This session is being co-hosted by Ralph Simon.
About Ralph Simon: Over the last decade he has been a global trailblazer and innovator, growing the global mobile entertainment & content industry, and playing a central role in its development, significance and presence world-wide. He has been dubbed the father of the ring tone, as he and his team created and developed the first commercial ring tones in the USA, Canada, Europe, Africa and Australia in 1998.
