​Design and Research Operations has been around for many years and has evolved unique to each organisation it is in. With time has come growth in the types and number of responsibilities we have taken on as teams, focused on the challenges of scaling in our own contexts.

​Agenda will include an intro talk, a panel with top Ops professionals and round-table discussion, concluding with nibbles and drinks.
