Rooted Resilience Book Club: March - The Mushroom at the End of the World by Anna Lowenhaupt Tsing
Rooted Resilience is a monthly reading club by Seeding Sovereignty’s mutual aid program that amplifies the voices of BIPOC authors, revolutionaries, and earth guardians. Each month, we dive into transformative works that center the fight for justice—whether through the lens of decolonization, environmental stewardship, or collective liberation.

"The Mushroom at the End of the World explores its unique commodity chain, revealing diverse perspectives from Japanese gourmets to Hmong fighters and Finnish guides. The book delves into fungal ecologies and forest histories, examining the relationship between capitalism and survival amidst human destruction and highlighting the potential for coexistence in damaged landscapes.
