FinTech Startup/Scale Up Basketball - Wed Nov 27 at 9am

​Teamified, AWS, DoiT, and Thoughtworks are getting the FinTech community together for some hoops and networking on Wed, Nov 27th from 9-11am.

How many will be playing?

We're limiting this to 60 people for 12 teams of 5 players (1 sub) to play some friendly but semi competitive 4v4 half court games.

Can I play with my mates?

Participants will be assigned to random teams to maximise the number of new connections and each team will also have breaks to meet other players. We'll email everyone a nice PDF with team names, players, etc. so you can connect with your team on Linkedin ahead of the event.

Who will be there?

Expect players from Sydney's top Fintech companies, financial service leaders, and local VCs who focus on FinTech…so you will have many great connection opportunities.

Do I need to be great to play?

Attitude is more important than ability but players must know the rules so we can avoid injuries. :)

Is it just basketball?

Teamified, AWS, DoiT, and Thoughtworks will also be hosting an optional Lunch from Noon to 1:30p at the Crows Nest Hotel (1 Willoughby Rd, Crows Nest NSW 2065) for those who want to shower onsite (provide your own towel) and head over for some food, drink, a founder fireside, and more connections.
