About Jamie Rosenblatt, Golden Ventures
Jamie works closely with portfolio founders, entrepreneurs, accelerators, incubators, and the broader startup community, to help find, fund and build exceptional companies.
Jamie began his career in corporate development at O’Leary Ventures, a private early-stage investment company owned and chaired by Kevin O’Leary. He then joined Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP where he practiced corporate law with a focus on M&A and corporate finance in the technology sector. Prior to joining Golden Ventures, Jamie was the Head of Business Development for Avid Life Media. He has a JD / MBA from the University of Toronto, and a BA in Philosophy from Western University.

Only 5 founders will be selected
Each will receive a 30-minute one-on-one session with Golden Ventures team members (includes pitch + Q&A)
Sessions will run between 9:30 AM and 12:00 PM, with time slots confirmed in advance
📝 Deadline to apply: May 12, 2025
📩 Confirmed participants will receive an email with details and their scheduled time
✅ Please arrive 15 minutes early and check in via QR code
🚫 Cancellations must be sent to sylvia.wang@platformcalgary.com at least 48 hours in advance
⚠️ Late arrivals (>15 min) or no-shows may lose future Office Hour privileges
