Gathering Neshama | Volume 8 — National Donald Duck Day
🦆 Yes, it’s real — and we’re celebrating it with soul.

Join us for the eighth edition of Gathering Neshama, alongside our growing community of 918 fellow Jewish and non-Jewish friends —artists, investors, entrepreneurs, and public leaders. Let’s connect, build meaningful relationships, celebrate our shared identity, and uplift our collective mission.

Expect inspiring people, deep conversations, and joyful energy.
🍣🍷 Sushi, drinks, and snacks included.

We also have two beautiful reasons to come together:

Neshama Under FireExhibition by Mendi Thaler
“Berdychiv’s Jewish Community in Wartime”.
During the war in Ukraine, I documented the Jewish community of Berdychiv — the town I grew up in, where Jewish life continued to shine through fear, darkness, and destruction. These are intimate portraits of unbroken neshamot. Each one reflects a life that persists in the face of chaos: among ruins, in prayer, in eyes that speak beyond words.
This is not an exhibit about war — it’s an exhibit about resilience. A reminder that even under fire, the Jewish neshama burns with its own light.

Screen printings by Jonathan TaubExhibition by Jonathan Taub
Screen printing is a technique I use to capture the complexity of everyday life through bold shapes, vibrant colors, and intricate patterns. I'm interested in the interaction between structure and disorder, using this tension to create compositions that invite exploration and discovery. The lines and shapes in my work often resemble pathways, guiding through a maze of color and texture, offering moments of tranquility and connection in a frequently noisy and fragmented world. Through this process, I seek to find the meeting point between chaos and order, noise and silence, where harmony emerges.

Please note:
We’re charging a small entry fee to help cover the space and food costs — and to keep these gatherings growing in a sustainable way.

Gathering Neshama is a monthly event designed to strengthen our business connections (so we can give more Tzedaka), deepen our wisdom and practice (through more Torah and more Mitzvot), and bring more good into the world.
