This is a workshop series crafted to equip founders with actionable tools and strategies grounded in Dream Bigger’s core values: Empathy, Wholeness, Legacy, Generosity, and Freedom. We aim to empower founders to build values-driven startups, cultivate meaningful connections, and scale with integrity—while embracing a continuous cycle of learning, reflection, and growth.
Participation Fee: ₱150
To confirm your spot in the workshop, a participation fee of ₱150 is required upon admission. This small investment not only supports your growth as a founder—it also helps Dream Bigger continue empowering more Filipino entrepreneurs across the country.

Workshop Leaders: Joe and Christeen Green
Joe Green is a two-time All-American, former two-sport collegiate athlete, and electrical engineer who spent four years training full-time with Olympic aspirations. Over the past nine years, he’s built a business helping people increase their energy and performance, drawing on both his high-level training background and extensive education in premium wellness products from globally recognized health brands. Joe combines high-level athletic discipline, business experience, and a scientific mindset to help others increase their capacity without burning out.
Christeen Rico Green is the Founder & CEO of Dream Bigger, a global platform unlocking values-aligned capital for Filipino-led startups. A proud Filipino-American and former Silicon Valley leader (ex-PwC, Apple), she’s passionate about building ventures rooted in wholeness—mind, body, spirit, and relationships. Christeen believes flourishing founders build the most impactful companies.
