Copenhagen Futures Field Trip
Discover the hidden pockets of urban futures
The Futures Field Trip is an immersive learning experience designed to explore Copenhagen through a past-present-futures lens.
This program goes beyond architecture, offering a systemic perspective on the city as a complex ecosystem, encompassing everything from mobility, housing, working, construction, placemaking and public spaces, retail, resources, liveability, people, design, culture, and innovation and more.
Copenhagen is globally recognized as a hub for sustainable urbanism, design innovation, and participatory city-making.
Through site visits, expert dialogues, and a hands-on foresight workshop, participants will experience Copenhagen as a laboratory of urban futures, equipping them with new insights and methodologies to apply to their own urban planning and architectural practices.
This experience offers more than a study tour, it is an opportunity to engage with real-world projects shaping the future of cities, interact with leading experts, and develop a critical futures mindset that you can apply to your own urban challenges.
