READING RAVE

​Box From Babel invites you to Reading Rave, a night of books, music, and good company. It’s like your second-grade "independent reading time" if there was a live DJ and a mocktail bar. Come enjoy culture and community in a whole new way.

​Who should come? Anyone who loves books, music, and good vibes! Whether you're an avid reader, a casual book lover, or just looking for a different kind of night out, this event is for you.

​The Event This is a BYOB event (bring your own book)—bring a favourite read to enjoy during the reading session or swap with others (seat cushions recommended)! Join us at StartupBarn, 165 King Street West, on October 24th from 7-9pm, for a blend of reading, live DJ set, and an exhibition of the Box from Babel Archive, and socializing!

• ​DJ Set: ambient techno to get your brain waves flowing vibrating, and keep you locked in.

• ​Exhibition Chronicling the highway bookstore (a bookworms paradise)

• ​Giveaways: Get a chance to take home exclusive mystery boxes from the Box From Babel archive.
