​At 17, I learned this in the most unexpected way. I was just a teen when I discovered a lump in my left breast during a self-exam. That moment shifted my world. Fast forward, and I'm here to remind you that "Tomorrow is today." It's time to put yourself first and prioritize your health.

​As a united community of women, we have spent so much time nurturing everyone else that we sometimes forget about our well-being. But let's be real—what good are we to others if we don't take care of ourselves first? So, my brave sisters, it's time to break the cycle. Stand in front of that mirror and take charge of your health. Encourage those around you to do the same. Let's redefine what it means to care—starting with ourselves, together.
